This tin is quite large for the price, about the size of a fray bentos steak pie with pastry. I've just returned from Florida and cream cheese and guava breakfast pastries are in every supermarket and bakeries. I've become somewhat addicted to these. During the recent coronvirus episode of 'stay at home restrictions' decided to make my own with frozen puff pastry. Dollop of cream cheese and a small cube of this paste and perfection has been achieved. Frozen at least half of the tin for when I need more.
