What’s not to like. Works flawlessly. I’m not aware of any substations but HP is finicky about using off-brands, so why bother.

I know these are quite expensive, but they are good for about 5,500 pages. Also, the quality of the HP cartridges is totally superior to the cheaper stuff and will not ruin your machine like cheaper toner has been known to do. And with the cheaper stuff the quality and color is so off that I would much rather pay the HP premium than have to deal with shotty print results (when compared to HP results). Still..., I did gasp at the cost of filling the machine with the X cartridges, but they will last me likely for at least a year since I'm not a business, just a home user who likes pristine print quality! Not compatible with my previous HP printer which is disappointing, but whatever.....

It last me a long time. I would say almost 2 months and I do a lot of printing between contracts and other papers. I recommend the X because it has more toner.Very easy to change the toner if you have never done it

The initial black toner was first to go on my HP4201 printer, so I replaced it with this HP replacement toner cartridge. Easy as can be and being a REAL HP toner cartridge, it worked fine. The print actually seems a little cleaner than the original cartridge, but maybe it's my imagination. I will never use a fake knock off cartridge again unless there's zero option. I did this on a different printer and the toner scraped and chipped right off glossy paper. Stick to the real deal if you can.

Easy to install, genuine HP product. Works perfectly!

We have purchased two of these printers and the Toners have worked with ease of installation and good quality print. Will continue to use.
