The lamp arrived quickly and as described. It's an angle poised lamp and is not always easy to use because of the twisting of the lamp required. For some people a wand would be easier. . It all depends where the patches are on your body. Good for plaque psoriasis on my back and arms. The initial times in the instruction manual are over cautious and it takes five minutes on my skin to make any impact. Having said that after 7 or so 'treatments' my patches are looking much better and that is fantastic! I did slightly burn a small area of skin after the last treatment which was entirely my fault as I got too close but the instructions warn against this so not their fault. It was like a patch of sunburn and no big thing.I'll continue to use this product for a few more weeks and re-assess but so far it works well and I would recommend it.

Had bad psoriasis on my back,I used as instructed and honestly all I have left is a few reddish patches that you can hardly notice,first time in over 2 years it has cleared up,so it seems to work for me.I know they say you have to be careful using it,but I was willing to take a chance.

It does the job, but there is no secure way to lock the lamp into the base. When moving sometimes the base can come detached and being heavy it can cause injury if you drop it on your foot or any breakable surface. The timer included did not work, dead battery.There needs to be some way of locking the two parts together to make more secure.

I have used UV treatment before so I know it works for me. I was excited to see if I could get results at home.I received my lamp which was packaged well and unboxed it. I flicked through the instructions which were simple and the lamp itself was easy enough to setup. The setup simply involved putting the lamp into the base and it was good to go. I haven't used the clamp as using the base has been perfect for me.I've seen good improvements in my psoriasis in just a couple of weeks and am very happy so far. I am hopeful that if I keep using the lamp until the maxium recommended time that i will see even further improvements.All in all, a good product that worked well for me.

Delivery arrangements great and now had lamp for a few weeks. Works well and have seen good progress in psoriasis. Although a long way to go, I would recommend this lamp. Easy to use and very successful so far.

Light didn’t work unless pressed down into socket which makes it unusable. General build quality is ridiculous for price. This should be £30

Have been using this for a few months to help raise Vitamin D levels. Difficult to say whether it works (as I have not had a blood test). However, I do feel a lot better when using it and it has done wonders for the skin on my face. The lamp itself is sturdy and can be positioned as required. The only thing is it does tend to dislodge itself from the base if pulled a bit too much. It came with instructions, timer and safety goggles. Vitamin D instructions were emailed promptly when requested. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.
