My mother in law has had SEVERAL different tablets, from ipads to the Amazon tablet. This tablet was slow to start up when I set it up, but I knew it wasn't for me so it didn't matter to me that it was slow, again this is for MIL. After it situated itself it was faster. I set up all the apps she needed, the wifi. Turned it off and wrapped it for Christmas morning. All she had to do was turn it back on. She uses it EVERYDAY and has NOT asked me to fix anything that she claimed was not a user error. If she breaks this one, I will be buying this tablet again because it has kept her occupied and happy.

When I first got the tablet, the first week it made a static/popping noise, even when it was not being touched or in use. ( have a video but it wont allow me to attach it here for some reason when I attempted). At first I couldn't tell what the noise was or where it was coming from, but sure enough - it was from this tablet. This happened on multiple occasions. I finally started turning it off after use to avoid even hearing the weird noise. Fast forward, the more I use this tablet, the slower it gets. Mind you, it's never been fast to start with. I have only downloaded two apps, which run so slow I just end up picking my phone up and using the app on there. I normally use this tablet for checking emails and web surfing. I cannot even play a music video on this thing, it is extremely slow. Even loading my emails sometimes takes forever. I tried to remain patient, testing my internet on other devices, getting closer to the router, - you name it - nothing else is the problem except this tablet. I am sad to say it didn't work out as I was looking forward to using it and it seemed like a good deal but it is honestly junk! Unfortunately going to return!

I am using primarily for very light web surfing & a utility to use the tablet for typing on a paired phone. The utility would not run on Fire Tablet even with Play Store side loaded. Larger keyboard allows friend with tremor to use phone more easily. She was having extreme difficulty typing passwords due to phone keyboard keys close together. Have streamed several videos without problems. Low end memory & processor so I don't multitask on it. Takes a long time to start up if completely shut down. I have not timed the battery but gut impression is that it is adequate at best. It runs stock android so most Play Store android apps and utilities work. If that is not important to you, then Amazon Fire Tablets on sale have much better price/perfomance. Fire Tablets use Amazons version of android so a lot of apps won't run on it. Even if one goes to trouble of sideloading Googles Play Store & using APKPure or similar site, a number of apps will not run correctly.

The speed was not good for what I was needed, the battery was even much worst it didn't keep the hours changed like the manual said. Poor performance, the price was great. I guess it's true what they say you get what you paid.

There a few problems with this tablet, however it is cheap so that's to be expected. The first problem is the battery life, it is much shorter than marketed. I had just fully charged the tablet and all I did was download an app, it went all the way down to 15% just like that. The screen is so dry it's hard to swipe on. Maybe this is only a problem when it's newer, but I've never had an electronic this difficult to move my fingers on. The visuals are also very poor, whether it be games, videos, etc. I originally got this tablet to draw on but the screen is so delayed it was impossible to maintain accurate lining. After that I decided to just play games but they were all laggy and had low quality graphics. Lastly I tried to simply watch youtube, but the audio was delayed on every video I tried to watch, and I couldn't get it to ever sync up. Also maybe this is by design or just a personal issue, but I can only use the charger that game with the tablet, even if I have the same type for other devices, they don't work on this one. This was a problem because the charger they give you is so short it doesn't reach anywhere I need it to. Maybe I should've known better ordering a $50 samsung tablet but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
