10gb link achieved
Using these transceivers to accomplish a 10gb link between a mikrotik router, a ruckus switch managed switch, and a keepLINK unmanaged switch, keeping the SFP matching between on either end of the fiber for 2 of those connections. They were quickly recognized by the SFP+ ports and linked up at a 10gbps link speed with no hiccups. So far temps have been reasonable using the old finger feel test. Good compatibility and good speeds! My internet is only 1gbps but I’m seeing 980mbps on Speedtest.net and will be doing a local iperf soon. Fair pricing and good connectivity!

Successfully connects my Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro and Ubiquti POE Switch
I found myself in need of an extra ethernet port on my Ubiquiti Switch (US-24-250); rather than add another switch, I decided to move my uplink from a copper RJ45 port to one of the SFP based ports instead. I was surprised to see a 10Gb SFP come up on Amazon Vine to review, but I ordered it and waited patiently to arrive. Once it was here, I verified it worked in both Ubiquiti devices and ordered a second one out of pocket. The SFP is recognized immediately on insertion and has had no problems after connecting with some fiber I’ve had sitting around for years. Sadly, my switch only has a 1Gb SFP port, but both modules auto negotiated their speeds and has worked flawless ever since. I’m always a little leery of using unknown Chinese branded equipment, but it seems to work just fine. Also, this is internal to my network and can be monitored and firewalled before it goes outbound if it were to ever be a problem. Admittedly it’s been years since I’ve purchased SFPs for work, but I couldn’t believe how cheap these are compared to the Cisco ones bought in my past. I was skeptical, but would use them again if the need arose.

So far I'm impressed
Tried a pair of these transceivers out today in a couple of different ways with a "5 Meters Uniboot LC to LC 10G OM3 Fiber Patch Cable, Bangun Multimode Duplex Fiber Optic Cable Jumper Optical Patch Cord, 50/125, Low Friction LSZH Jacket" between the two.The first being between two Unifi 8-port 10G SFP+ switches. Connection was quick and auto negotiated to 10G. Next I tried it between a 10g switch and an intel X520-DA1 10g sfp+ NIC in my synology DS1821+. Again, connection was quick and the couple of file transfers I attempted seemed to be somewhat comparable to the standard copper DAC I usually have hooked up. I did notice the transfer rates were much less stable using the fiber connection versus the copper DAC. Although, I can't be sure that this wasn't due to the fiber cable, so still gave this five stars.Eitherway, if I were to use them long term, I'll be using them between two switches that are much further apart, then the ~1.5ft that my Synology is from my TOR 10g switch. Really hard to beat the price of these transceivers.I can't comment on compatibility on any other network hardware manufacturers as all I have is the two ubiquiti (Unifi) equipment.

Work with Cisco Nexus 5k
Bought a dozen to trunk two Cisco Nexus 5k together between buildings. All worked without issue.

Good performance, affordable but some trust issues
Overall the 10GBase-LR SFP+ Transceiver worked great with the handoff from my ONT to my Unifi Dream Machine SE. The performance was great and for the price of the transmitter, this is certainly an affordable unit with great performance that will not leave you disappointed. This paired with my fiber cable, I was able to measure 0 loss to the switch and achieve rated speeds. Now, the largest potential issue here is the brand does not have a website, additionally I was unable to locate Wuhan Baijitong Technology Co in having an online presence. The largest potential problem that comes into play here is trust. Since this is generally going to be sitting either from your ONT handoff to your gateway or your gateway to your switch, it is in a position of a lot of power to affect your security negatively. Since this is technically a computer chip, it would have the ability to proxy requests and/or send traffic to other areas of the internet. Therefore, I have eliminated the transceiver from the network at this point until I am able to locate additional information on the chip to ensure that it is trustworthy.
