It's nice! It feels nice. You can heat it up in the microwave. It comes doused in this lavender oil, but don't worry, that's clearly just a marketing gimmick, after a few microwave cycles it's dry and still heats up and retains heat. The fabric isn't trash. If you want one of these, this model is fine.

Corn burned a hole through my sleeve with 2 constant min of microwave - it’s a thin sleeve which may have cause it - I’ve used the second one the same way and didn’t have that problem - and they definitely instruct to take it 30 sec at a time but….. instruction following aside….with the ones I had before this I found it’s worth grabbing a set that’s a little higher quality then just nuke for a couple min and use versus standing there nuke 30 sec wait test add 15 sec etc

The outside cover is soft and comforting. The light lavender smell is soothing and smells wonderful. The size is perfect for back pain, cramps, etc. It is not too heavy, yet still stays in place well. For the price this is a definite win!

Holds heat very well

This product does its job and holds the heat well. However I could do without the "fragrance". The scent is just not that pleasant.
