Magnesium Chloride (Nigari) Powder, 500g

Really happy with this durable product and will buy it again. naturally Magnesium sucks moisture so close box properly after use. also forms clogs and balls of salt overtime, just break it down with spoon... Pure product that I can recommend to anyone concious of health benefits of Magnesium. I put a tip of spoon (~1g) in a lemon juice because as I understand it the citric acid in lemon juice make Magnesium citrate which is easily absorbable by the body. but just water is fine too. Can put spoon in your cooking, it actually strongly enhances taste without using table salt.

Benütze das Pulver für Tofu. Hat super geklappt. Die Dose ist nur zu groß für den Inhalt.

Tofu klappt wunderbar damit (ca. 1 gehäufter TL auf 2 l Sojamilch). Ein Stern Abzug, da die Dose unnötig riesig/nur zur Hälfte gefüllt ist.

White, dry granules, taste as magnesium chloride normally do, a little bitter. The box has double lid which is great since magnesium chloride is very hygroscopic - don't leave the box open or the salt will draw moisture form the air and become wet and soggy.
