This is really the best ladder to have for your home.It is sturdy, easy to put the few parts together, helps you stay safe while climbing, it folds and stores nicely. I purchased the white one which seems to make the steps easier to see.The top piece has pockets so you can put that lightbulb or wrench in the pockets and have it when you climb up. You don't have to ask someone to hand you the lightbulb or worry that you might drop it.I wish I had purchased it earlier. Great ladder!

I ordered this as a taller 4-step ladder to help reach the overhead globe lights throughout my home (with 3 thumbscrews) to replace the bulbs. The ladder is a bit heavy but that's good-gives it weight on the floor. The 4-step model comes with a soft toolbag you can place over the top safety rail but I found this was not needed.The 4 steps are wide and allow you to solidly put your feet on a level and the top support bar allows you to lean into the ladder as needed while working. The 2 side safety bars help in going up levels, but safely as you can always lean or grab onto something while climbing/descending or working.This helped me get the job done and feel secure and stable while doing it. Once you go up and down a few times with it and get used to how to position your feet, each time seems easier. All 4 steps have a rubber grip surface for added support and non-slip stability.I found the easiest way to attach the side bars was to use a screwdriver and a nut driver instead of a wrench.Really pleased and glad I got this because I don't have to call anyone to do these kinds of jobs now.

I bought another version of this with an extra step and I really like them because of the handles they're easy to put on it's just a couple of screws for each handle they line up perfectly the steps are pretty big it also has a bag that you can keep things in that you don't have to get up and down it unfolds it comes fully assembled except for the handrails which are very easy to put on.If you are heavy person it's very good for you look at the weight limit it's very high and it is sturdy especially with the handrails you don't have to put them on if you don't want to but they are worth it

Bought this for senior parents who get dizzy easily when using a ladder. The side handles and top handle are great when they climb to balance themselves. Only deducted a star for the tool tray. It's not level and it doesn't easily fold up. Kind of a pinch hazard with how you have a o bend the arms to fold it back up. Other ladders I've bought with tool trays auto fold when closing the ladder or are pushed up easily without touching the arms.Overall would buy again for anyone that prefers secure handles when climbing.

I got this ladder because I'm getting older & I still have things I need a ladder to do. The steps are wide & it has the fold down tray for paint or tools. I really wanted a 3 step ladder but you can only get the tray with the 4 step one. It is a little heavy to carry.

We have used this handy ladder everywhere in the house since we got it. Now we are wondering why we waited so many years to order this type of ladder. This is nice and sturdy with good sized steps, some of them only have a wide step on top, these have wide steps all the way up. Since my husband is a big guy of 6 3 and 350 something pounds, we got this ladder that is rated at 500 pounds so he can safely use it.We both recommend this ladder! And now I can safely reach things in the top cupboards and clean the tops of the soffits.

Bought for a Christmas gift for my stepmom that felt uneasy with a regular ladder, she feels way more stable with the side handles on this ladder!

I have wanted one of these for years and finally ordered it! It came quickly and was easy to put the rails and top on it. There was an issue but when contacting the seller, they were quick to response. Totally love the side rails for safety for me. Totally recommend this ladder.
