Sturdy, yet smooth. I used these while fabricating a pair of ~4ft wide aluminum doors inside an enclosed trailer - three hinges per door was perfectly adequate.

hole pattern not what on drawing( 1.58" instead of 1.625")
seem like nice hinges, drawing says 1-5/8" hole pattern, which would be 1.625" but they are 1.58" instead so off by 0.045 which is enough to notice
