I've purchased 2 other pillows that claim to do the same but did not. I wish this one was a bit wider.I must say this pillow gives me relief from the neck pain I was experiencing. Love the pillow.

It's incredibly comfortable, I fall asleep easily and feel better when I wake up. Highly recommend.

It took me a while to adjust to this type of pillow. While it does provide some support I tend to still have to bunch it up somewhat when I am laying on my side. I also had to put an additional pillow underneath it because it was not helping with neck pain at all. Since then it has been much better. The pillow does return to it's normal shape after I bunch it up nightly.

Pillow is smaller than image its soft dont know how to support neck not as expected

I was just thinking last night how I love this pillow. I had it for over a month and it’s still keeping its shape. My head stays right on top. It’s perfect!!

I'm not sure what I expected out of this pillow, but it is far softer than I anticipated. I can fold it in half and squish it into a ball. I guess I expected something much firmer. It is also not exactly as shown in the photos here...the appearance is similar, but it is not nearly as structured or as thick. It's very floppy. The channels where you would put your arms are sort of just squishy floppy wings on each side. It does have that weird, almost musty memory foam smell. The cover is nicely quilted and seems of good quality. I will give it a few days of sleeping on it to try it out, but the quality just isn't there for me as of now. I am probably going to return it, but will update after a night or two to try it out.*UPDATE* After using this squishy pillow for a couple of days, I've decided to keep it. I've noticed less neck and back pain, despite my concerns that the pillow would not be supportive enough. I've ditched my firmer memory foam pillow for this cervical pillow because I am actually sleeping better with it, especially because it is cooler! I still think that it could be a little more supportive or firmer, as I feel like my head is sinking down to the mattress, but so far it's worth what I paid, so its staying.***UPDATE 2***After using this for a couple of months, I have found this pillow to help with persistent neck pain, but I still feel it is VERY flat and does not provide enough support. I still end up with my arms under the pillow to get more support, and I also have trouble finding the right position to put the pillow in for my sleeping positions. My suggestion is to spend a little more and get a thicker, more supportive pillow. This one feels like it just isnt filled with enough supportive material, so my head is just barely above the mattress, and it's just not as helpful as I had hoped.
