The pin holds thebra strap from view. A wonderful product.
The last package I got I misplaced and need more.

Ouch!!!!
Functions well. But so uncomfortable I had to stop after less than 10 minutes.I wear a G cup and have wide straps. Although it did hold the dress over the strap, the plastic piece dug into my bony clavicle shoulder area. Ouch!

Take the bad with the good
All the reviews here, both good and bad, are correct. The concealers are bulky and if you're wearing something thin that you want to lay flat against your shoulder, this is not the product for you. Fortunately (??) I have big heavy boobs and it makes the bra strap dig into my shoulder and therefore the concealer kinda sits down in that groove on top of the strap, making it more or less level with the rest of my shoulder. I also had an issue with my purse handle (over my shoulder) pushing down on top of it and it unfastened the safety pin part of it. Otherwise, these are amazing and I'm wearing them with a loose blouse today that I've almost put in the Goodwill pile a thousand times because it slips either forward (revealing the goods) or backward (revealing stomach) without wanting to tear it off my body and throw it in a trash can because **it's stayed in exact place**. I've also gotten compliments on this top today and never have before so there is something to be said about it correcting the weird fit of some dresses and tops and making them drape correctly.

Really works
I have a bunch of cute little tank tops that the sleeves like to fall down, I use these and pair with my bra strap and poof they stay in place - YEAH!!! I have purchased these twice now as I have bought more tops that I want to keep the straps in place. These are the best I found - do NOT waste your time with the strappy/safety pin version - these are far superior.

Easy to use, does the job...too expensive.

They work!
I use them to keep my bra straps from constantly showing. Only problem is that they hook into the shoulder seams and not all my tops and dresses have them.

They work fairly well
I just need these to keep V-neck tops from slipping outward on my narrow shoulders. I wish it were easier to find V-necks that are higher cut. Double-stick tape works somewhat, but usually affects the drape of the fabric. These don't cause that problem. The first time I used these clips, within only a few hours, both came open! One was dislodged by my purse strap and the other must never have been fully closed in the first place. It's hard to be sure they're fully closed. The area that the pin fits into is quite small. Most of the clip is hard plastic and I wonder how well it will hold up. It's awkward putting them into the seam of the top. The pin part must be thicker than a safety pin, because it is harder to insert. Once in place and fully closed, they do seem pretty helpful. I paid $7.99, which is a bit steep for six little clips to cover three tops, but maybe if they gain popularity they'll come down in price. If so, I'd buy some more. I have not yet washed anything with them attached and am not sure I'll risk having them come open in the wash, which would be somewhat dangerous.

Works better than anything else I've tried!
I am extremely large busted and also have narrow shoulders. That means all bras available in my size have straps closer in than many (any wider apart they'd slide off my shoulders anyway). Almost every top I own has a neckline that show my straps, and they're wide, not dainty, lacey straps like the pretty little bras have that most women get to wear! These are so much easier and they stay in place. I don't have to use a ton of fashion tape along with them, like I do with those little "ribbon/snap" styles. I do have some that you sew in. They look very feasible/functional, but I hate to sew so I haven't gotten around to them yet. Anyway, the only reason I gave these a four is because they can press into your shoulders. This usually isn't an issue for me as I also need strap pads and I can just be sure to tuck one end of the pad under the strap tamer. I'll be buying these wherever I can find them until I can afford reduction surgery!
