I thought I was a new Gypsy Jazz DG310 guitar but when it arrived and opened the box the top E string was missing the tailpiece was bent. The guitar has been used as I can see fret board fingering marks low down on the neck (not used by a gypsy jazz guitarist). The bridge is to low and needs shimming because theres to much bus. My other Gypsy Jazz guitar DG300 arrived safely no problem. However I have sorted the problems with DG310 and it sounds fantastic. The DG310 suits my small hands with the C shape neck. The DG300 has the D shape neck and is chunkier. Both great sounding guitars so loud when used with a wegen pick. Amazon is still a good place to buy guitars if you know what you want. I must have been unlucky with the DG310 It must have been in a shop and somebody liked playing it. I have been playing for over forty years and the Selmer Gitane gypsy jazz guitars I would recommend for sound and value. Better than some hand made Gypsy Jazz guitars which I also own.
