It's a chunk of aluminum with holes.

The media could not be loaded.  Does not fit for 9mm laser. You can see from the video I bent the bracket fully closed and the laser still was too big, at 9.7 mm bent closed. This would be 1 star if that were the end of it. I ordered this based on a YouTube video to go with a laser recommended on the video also (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N48M1VR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1). When you go to the laser listing, it lists this bracket as something that people normally purchase together. I don't know if it is the laser or the bracket that is wrong, but there is no way to get this to clamp onto the laser WITHOUT mods. See pictures. I got it to work by drilling out the primer from a spent 9mm brass casing, inserting the laser into the casing, then inserting the combined unit into the bracket. The overall length is now longer, but I think I will be fine with it. So, 3 stars since I can use it with my mod.

I was mounting the laser to my CNC. It did not fit. I did not have a method to make it work. It was worthless to me.

Completely worthless. Description says 9mm but calipers indicate just under 9mm inner diameter — as a result, the lasers are too big to fit! Drilled out the holes, and the set screw bottoms out before it pinches closed!Completely worthless.
