I chose this air "purifier" for a simple reason: it uses pretty generic air filters. As long as you can get the air filters (and there seems to be plenty of them on Amazon and elsewhere, for reasonable prices), these will work fine, as it is basically a simple fan pumping dirty air through the filter. And that, it does a pretty good job, with multiple levels of fan power (and noise). The size is pretty small, and doesn't look obviously like an air purifier. The lights indicating power level is pretty low-profile. Though one questions why there's a leather-strap / carry handle on the side. It is powered by a USB-C plug drawing less than an amp even at max power. (Power brick and cable NOT included) There is no air quality indicator or fancy features like that, which is why these purifiers are cheap, with the differences mainly in case design. Twist the bottom to reveal the filter compartment. All in all, simple small capacity air purifier for low price, exactly what's asked for.

It’s a great size. It’s quiet. It’s very nice that you can plug it into your car and it works very well. The only con is that you have to turn it on every time you start your car and I forget way too often to do so.

I set up an office in the basement of my house and it can get a little humid with that uncomfortable basement smell. And so I have a dehumidifier turned on during the summer. However, I felt I needed an air purifier to address the smell. And so I got this purely on price point and favorable reviews.I noted that some complained about the light. I don't think that's an issue at all. It's a soft blue light that is pleasant. I serves no other purpose than to add to a pleasant vibe. And I like it; it's not a distraction for me.There are two settings -- high and low. I don't like the noise produced by the high and so I have it at low where the noise is minimal and almost non-existent -- and it works to my liking at that setting. And so if noise is an issue, the low setting does the job.And the filter is not the higher end air purifier with two types of filters. It's really one filter that wraps around the bottom. However, having said that, it does the job I need it to do. The musty smell is gone.I give it four stars because having used it for about 2 months now, I guess I expected the filter to be a little dirty. However, the filter remains clean. I am not sure if it's because my basement is clean, or if the filter is not catching everything...

This air filter has a simple design and is clearly a good buy for the budget conscious, but is far from perfect for what it competes against.First thing you will notice is the packaging is very basic. This is most likely because it is sold under different names by other companies. This is most likely why it's so plain. The packaging aside, it is a very cheap feeling unit and the cost savings can be seen on the product itself. I haven't had it long, and I have a pretty long cons list already.Pros:-Small (Around the size of a 1 gallon paint can.)-Low cost ($40 when it was on sale.)Cons:-Loud (It already sounds like the fan motor is dying. High pitch whistle noticeable.)-Very cheap feeling filter (Compared to other filters this size.)-Low quality power supply (Powered by a USB cable and power supply.)-Light always on when the unit is in high speed. Turns off at lowest setting.(Filters in this size class often have a button for the light.)-Expensive filters (~$20 or so when I wrote this.)Overall, if you need one for a basement or an area that isn't impacted by the noise, this will work. If you need it for a bedroom, then look elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. This was something I was thinking of getting for my mom on mother’s day! She breathes in a lot of secondhand smoke 😟 which in this case is something she won’t have to worry about! It has a very good and sturdy build 🛠️which is something I value when looking at an air purifier. Overall this air purifier has very good value and will save your lungs! 🫁

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Ran it for about 3 months and sit aside and when I went to use it it would not start did.Idid what the user manual said nothing so I called they said that they would send me an e-mail so i could send the a video never got the e-mail!!!!!
