My back, neck and my arms sometimes would hurt after I slept. After getting this pillow I have no more issues, looks kind of odd, but it works great for me.

I've tried different pillows, blankets, meds, herbal whatevers, fan/no fan... Really anything that could help. I almost dropped three times as much on a pillow at SN but I just couldn't justify that purchase for myself so close to the holidays. So here came Amazon and this pillow was here just a few days later.Upon arrival and opening - no funky smell. Sat out to "fluff" for about 6 hours before first use. It was a little weird at first finding my sweet spot. Then I was out like a light. Even the cat sleeps better because I'm not tossing and turning every few hours because some appendage fell asleep. Every night I'd wake up at least twice because my arm or hand would be tingling which then woke up my bladder which in turn woke me up entirely.No more.I've been tracking my sleep and while it's not perfect, there was a noticeable shift on the 18th when I first started using it. The yellow highlighted is before and the teal is after. Other than the few nights with lower numbers because I fell asleep watching TV, my sleep has been great. Nothing else in my sleep routine has changed. I feel better during the day, my neck isn't as crampy, I have less headaches, and I'm less of a crab apple mid-day.If you've tried everything else, try this pillow. Especially if you have issues with limbs falling asleep or neck cramping. Totally worth the money!

It seems to working well for my neck pain .The pillow is very firm and you can’t adjust it ( like bend or roll up ) .

I love this pillow! I have nerve damage in multiple levels of my cervical spine from a car accident 10 years ago and a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. Both of my hands are affected by the cervical nerves and my elbow and hand from the rotator tear. I have had multiple rounds of painful and expensive nerve burns for both which don't last forever and I can't afford the cost of orthopedic surgery! I've tried other very expensive cervical pillows that are simply curved higher on one end to support the neck without much relief. So, I started looking at other types to reduce my pain levels and increase functionality. This style seems to be popular and generally has good reviews, depending on the seller. I bought a different seller's pillow last year and although it helped, it become soft and less supportive within 6 months. I stuck with it but my pain drastically increased. Given the relief I had with the first one, I decided to try the Anvo pillow as its design is similar. From the very first night it worked better than the other and relieved my pain to a greater degree. Now I've found that when I've been at the computer too long or bend my neck for other reasons and my pain, tingling and numbness increases, laying on the pillow for as little as 30 minutes can decrease it. It didn't happen with the others. So, I highly recommend the Anvo pillow if you want a pillow that will support your neck and shoulders.To be clear my relief may be different from others' and this is not a medical recommendation! I'm relating my personal experience with this style of pillow and specifically for this brand which I find superior to the others I've tried.

The delivery was fast and nice quality. Packaging was very good. Arrives air compressed. Fluffs nicely into proper shape when opened. The materials used looked and felt high quality and comfortable. Barely any smell when first opened, which was a huge plus. The challenge with a pillow like this is having to constantly find the "sweet spot" when sleeping. If you naturally tend to roll or shift around when sleeping, using this pillow becomes a hassle because of having to always reposition the head. When the head/neck is placed in the correct, centered contour, it provides nice support and comfort. However, if your head happens to shift or move, even slightly, then the comfort is disrupted. I'm a side and back sleeper only. Using this pillow during side sleeping felt more comfortable than back sleeping. But again, if you shift, then you have to reposition. Thus, unless you're positively conked out, having an uninterrupted sleep wasn't really possible. Nonetheless, I'm glad I tried it, but I needed to move onto something else. I would have given a higher star rating if this seller had an easier/quicker return process. I would still recommend trying it, though with the understanding that it might not work and you could be out almost $40 if the return isn't honored.
