This is the first DS4 I've bought because my launch controller did just fine with some stick covers until now. That is until I finally wore those covers out a few months ago (holding up for 5 years of consistent use is pretty good though I think), took them off, and proceeded to keep playing DMC4SE on it with no protection and absolutely destroyed the left stick in like 4 days. This one? I have no worries as of yet, I've been playing the same game off and on for about 2 weeks now and there's not a single bit of wear on either stick.
