This set is great! Very sturdy hard plastic, easy to clean and use. So far made blueberry pies and pictured are my calzones. I plan on making chicken pies meat pies and so much more. Glad I purchased them. So easy to fill and squeeze together. Comes with the perfect size ring cutters and a spoon for scooping that is very high quality stainless. Get these!

I have used these a few times for empanadas and every time the dough edges get stuck in the molds. I've tried even using some flour on the edges before pressing down, and they still get stuck. When the dough is drier, it's less of a problem, but just so you know. It still makes things go faster, although it's really just for the visual. You can use a fork as well but it doesn't look as nice.

I love, love, love this tool!It says dumpling maker bit I use it for Empanadas.I have tried doing it with a fork and my empanadas looked awful. Fell apart!!Today this tool made making dinner so easy!!! They have never looked so good!! I highly recommend this item!!

Overall this is a very good set with a few options for size. Easy to use and you can use a lot of different dough types for the variety you want. Even used the smallest size to make a chocolate chip cookie type filled with brownies to deep fry at a later time.

I was concerned that the plastic material of construction might not be durable versus metal alternatives, however they were quite sturdy. The nice thing about the molds was that they simultaneously sealed and trimmed the outer edges which reduced food preparation time. In addition the molds made presentation of the meal attractive since each dumpling or pierogi looked uniform.

made Philly empanadas and loaded baked potato. the form cuts off excess dough perfectly. comes with ring cutters which i didn't need. can't wait to make dumplings!! take note how to repack the box it's a Chinese puzzle getting everything back in

I love these for making empanadas but firs time using the biggest one, it broke! I had to send them back & get a replacement set. Hopefully this one is better but they do work well otherwise.
