How can I get some extra links? I need them.

My bracelet links were so tightly thread locked (white compound) I couldn’t adjust the number of links within it. When I described this to the factory they asked for evidence which I provided via pictures. They agreed to send a new bracelet after sending back my original. The replacement arrived with nothing in the package. One end of the package seemed to have been opened by the band breaking through the package. When I reported this back to the factory I received no answer. This was all under warranty time periods. Their unresponsiveness makes me think “good luck” to you in trying to to get extra links. This might be my second negative review in 20 years on Amazon but this one is well deserved after a simple $100+ attempt to upgrade a timepiece turned into a $150 nothing-burger. It was like throwing cash out the window.
