I chose a 3 because I am undecided. The bench seems to be well made and was easy to assemble by myself. I made this purchase due to price and size. I am 4’10” and on the side of bodacious 😜. I had read that it was small and possibly for a child. It fits my height but some leg exercises, specifically hamstrings, are not comfortable. I think the seat needs a little more cushion, which a doubled over towel provides. I have past experience with weight lifting and am getting back into it. I believe this will serve its purpose for years to come. I have not used the wing attachments but they seem to move well. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and the price of this item and would recommend it to short people.

Works great, gets the job done. Not the most amazing equipment I've ever used but it is definitely better than i expected for the price!

Do not waste your money on this very cheap piece of equipment. I thaught that the butterfly attachments would be worth a try , definitely not worth it. Spend a little more $$ and get the Marcy Olympic Surge, it takes up more room and you need a 6' or 7' barbell, however, the quality difference is night and day.
