It has a mild after taste which I am able to manage by mixing it half-n-half with regular sugar. It is less sweet than sugar, hence requires more quantity. Due to which it is pricier than other low-calorie sugar substitutes.

This product is impossible to find other than Amazon. I am so glad I found it here. Perfect sugar replacement for me. No nasty after taste and best of all, it does not affect my blood sugar. Also, it does not give me any stomach issues. All at a great value.

Works just like powdered sugar and tastes the best of any other sugar subs I've used. Only problem is that it's erythritol, which isn't very healthy. Studies find it causes some pretty serious heart problems. I don't use it that often, though, so hopefully I won't be a victim. Took off two stars for the nasty ingredient.

This is a very good sugar replacement. No after taste. I use it often and have repurchased several times. I highly recommend. It’s good for baking or using to sweeten coffee or oatmeal. It’s affordable.
