The mouse i received had some issues so the seller promptly sent me a replacement which is working perfectly on all surfaces. I use it mainly for my laptop sitting on a sofa and mouse is very responsive even on bare cushions and operates smoothly which is what i wanted the wireless mouse for. It works on bluetooth hence no dependency on a USB. Its rechargeable so wont have to worry about replacing batteries. I cant yet comment on the design ergonomics as i have used it for a short time and same goes for time between recharges. It was extremely easy to set up. Instructions on the amazon product description. Hardly took 10 seconds. The charger is a usb n plugs into the usb port on laptop n u can use it as a wired mouse while its charging. So in all im very pleased with my purchase and especially its responsiveness. Only time will tell how robust (long lasting) it is!!

Smart looking product if ever so slightly flimsy it pubs in nearly to recharge and works fine / decent value too

Bought to replace old Microsoft Bluetooth Touch Mouse for use with laptop. Slim, comfortable and easy to use. Scroll wheel much better than MS's touch system. Don't yet know how long its charge will last, but USB recharging is simple anyway. I can't understand why anyone would buy a USB wireless mouse that needs a little dongle in a USB port, when all modern devices have Bluetooth inbuilt. Bluetooth mice used to be more expensive than USB mice - but at this mouse's price who can complain? Note that makers state that this mouse is not compatible with iPhones or iPads.

I have had this mouse since Jan 21 and I have to say it is excellent.Charges fine, lasts absolutely ages, even with use every day (I bought it for work).Very good little mouse!Connects to mac books and Windows.The only thing I wish it had was a battery indicator, rather than it just flashing red and then going weird. It is sometimes hard to spot.

Bought this mouse for my MacBook Pro as I was getting tired of using the Touch Bar for long periods of time during important tasks. Very easy to connect via Bluetooth just switch the mouse on and activate your Bluetooth on the MacBook, simple as that! Very good battery life and the clicks are almost SILENT and unnoticeable!!! 100% value for money, I am so pleased and glad to not have splashed money on the Apple mouse as this is just as great. It does feel a little like cheaper plastic but for the price it’s a bargain and I love the sleek design! if you’re thinking of purchasing this for a MacBook Pro, i highly recommend! Save some cash.

The Bluetooth version (as of this writing) is not suitable if you also want to use Bluetooth headphones at the same time on the computer as it disrupts the audio signal, very annoying. I emailed the company and they said they're aware of this issue and didn't mention anything about a fix (in the first email reply). No mention of this problem on the listing neither. Never had this problem with my previous cheap Bluetooth mouse I bought this one to replace. Otherwise, I really like this mouse except for this issue whilst using alongside my wireless headphones.UPDATE: They're sending a replacement 2.4G type mouse that should apparently solve the problem I'm having with the wireless headphones. So far communication has been good with them through emails. I'll update this review and the star rating further once I've received and used the replacement.UPDATE: They quickly replaced the original one I bought with a 2.4G RF wireless type. Though it has to use another separate mini dongle, it solved the problem I was having using my Bluetooth headphones. I like the slim design of these mice along with the silent mouse buttons. Seems some people here are having other problems with the Bluetooth version on Mac computers, I'm using a Windows PC and so far it connects and stays connected fine for me. Seems to charge fast as well making that another plus. I'd probably recommend the 2.4G versions more due to the issue I had but not sure if that would also avoid the issues or not that some Mac users here have had.If looking for a low-cost wireless mouse these are pretty good and better than other cheap wireless or wired mice I've bought in the past. Though be wary of the current iteration of the Bluetooth version if wanting to use with a mac or Bluetooth headphones and go with one of the 2.4G versions of these instead unless you really want a Bluetooth mouse and/or don't plan to use with a mac or Bluetooth headphones. Overall recommended for main basic PC uses.

I bought two of these to replace my "failing" Apple mice. They were no longer working on most surfaces and were difficult to use.The mice arrived earlier than promised and I immediately set up the first one to my MacBook and there were no problems.The second mouse would not connect to my iMac. I contacted customer service and they suggested trying several things, none of which worked.A replacement mouse was sent out (I hadnt asked for one at this point!).This mouse is currently working as it should.Good, old fashioned customer service. Just like it used to be. Well done guys.Love the mice!
