Better than expected!
We moved into a new home and needed to install blinds in a bathroom ASAP. We ordered these blinds as we knew we could get them quickly. They look great and were easy to install. We ended up ordering blinds from an actual blinds company for other rooms in the home but ended up returning them and ordering more of these Lumino blinds instead as they looked much nicer (for the same price). Would definitely recommend!

FANTASTIC LOOKING BLINDS AT HALF THE COST!!!!
These blinds are exquisite!!! They look high end at an extremely affordable price! Half the cost of what you will pay at Lowe’s and Home Depot for their bargain blinds. And in my opinion these look much more luxurious than those also. Choose these first hands down!!!

Blinds fit perfectly
Well made and look great. One set had the plastic broken on the top section but the valance covered it. This wasn’t through no fault of the manufacturer as the box apparently took a beating getting here.

Check the blinds to make sure the string ring through each slat is present.
We ordered two for our bedroom. One set was great, but the other lacked the strings that were supposed to run through and secure each slat. Sent that back and wanted to order a replacement but the length we needed was out of stock….

This is very low quality product and it is discordant from the description.
The cut quality is very low so the edge is not sharp and it doesn’t look good. During the installation of the cover the hinges broke even though I was very careful and installed many other window blinds before.The product title says „wood” but there is no wood or even structure like wood. This product is a scam and I don’t recommend buying it. It is a waste of money and time!

Lasted less than a year
I ordered a 45.75" W x 48" blind for a bedroom window on January 16th of last year, and on January 2nd of this year the strings that run through the slats on the left side and left center side let go and now I can only raise the blind on the right side and the left side hangs down. I had been raising the blind most mornings to let more sun in and then lowering it at night, but the strings that hold the slats together are not up to the task. I can open and close the blinds, but they have to stay down now. I'll also add that installation was a real pain. Call me old-fashioned, but I expect better for $81.UPDATE: Lumino Customer Service emailed me immediately after I posted this formerly one-star review and asked what they could do to resolve this for me. I requested a no-cost replacement, and they shipped it to me promptly. Other reviewers have complained about poor customer service, but this was not my experience at all. I'm very impressed, and am hoping that this one lasts longer than the old one. Thank you, Lumino!
