After long hours of web research, I finally bought this unit based on the impressive specs, user comments on Computer Audiopile forum and a personal listening at a friend's house.I was looking for a DAC that could manage DSD files, so I am ready if DSD downloads become readily available in the future.The unit works flawlessly, switching almost seamlessly between recordings of different bit rates. I installed the ASIO driver to be able to handle 24bit/192kHz recordings. No problems there.I am using the balanced outputs which feeds a Krell Preamplifier, Krell amplifier and Krell speakers. Sound is awesome, I am very happy with this setup.If you are looking for a top notch DAC at a very reasonable price, you can't go wrong with this Mytek 192.
