We've had this for a couple of years now. My son has eczema with the hot weather being a trigger. So this is worth it's weight in gold! I had to buy a window kit, which was difficult. We don't have inwards opening windows in the UK. So I had to buy a kit for inwards opening, larger than the actual window and then bodge it to fit! But it works well, so the AC can definitely get down to 16°. It is a bit noisy, but you can get used to it, rendering it white noise. So I took off a star for the noise. It does get quiter once it reaches the set temp.

Delived one day early(on the hottest day of the year wjen i needed it) good air conditinner cools my room to a very comfortabe 22 degrees celsolus (thats not even on maxinun settings )when it was 28 (feels like 30,dehmidifies the air too) outside during a prolonged hot spell ,the heat in my room was unbearable,a bit noisy but well woth the relief it brings 5 stars *****

It is cool, but fan just broke down, I bought it less than a year and hardly use it. Not recommended at all.

The AC is not getting recognized by the Smart App, tried several times following the instructions and even though the Wi-Fi light keeps blinking rapidly on AC, it does not get recognized to be used with Alexa. But the Alexa smart plug can help with the on/off function. Also it comes with the remote control too and not a big deal but would have like to work with Alexa to explore more smart features.Apart from that the AC works fine and cools the room quickly. The real test will be in the summer heat and how much it holds up. Dehumidifier not tested but assuming that would work fine too.

This unit emitted an incredibly annoying 50Hz buzzing, like it was some kind of industrial fan. It's not just the noise of the moving air, or compressor pump, there's some kind of electrical buzzing coming from the fan. A colleague who purchased the same unit reports the same. This buzzing is loud enough that you wouldn't want to be in the same room as it. Later I switched to an EcoAir model, and it doesn't have this buzzing.

I bought this for air conditioning so used it for the first time in the recent heat wave. It works fabulously well once I got used to the noise, but what seemed an insignificant fault, some broken fins covering the air intake at the rear, have actually torn the filter and it seems too late to get it sorted. Just really annoying. Otherwise the product looks great, is a bit noisy, but drops my bedroom temperature wonderfully.

This is an excellent AC unit, simple to use hold set Temperature absolutely perfect , the only little drawback is that the fan keeps on running even when there is no cooling or heating need. Suit my purpose perfectly

Good product, cools very well small/medium rooms. Takes an amazing amount of water out of the air. Fills a litre cup in half an hour or less on humid days. It can be a bit noisy but that is the compressor not so much the fan but worth it for the job it does. Just turn up the tv. Needs to be on constantly, obviously as otherwise the room soon warms back on again. I just stuck the exhaust hose out of a window but I should think it would be much better with a window seal.
