Great chairs, but sit low to the floor.

Do not order from Yaheetech if you actually want/need to receive the product. This is the 5th time I have ordered a Yaheetech item that has not been delivered. The products I have actually received a long time ago are of low quality, and I expect if I had received this one it would have been low quality too. I would not have ordered it but honestly didn’t pay attention to the brand. Not sure what the scam is, other than they are holding onto my money from date of “shipping” that never happens and date of “delivery” which also never happens, at which point they automatically refund your purchase price. So maybe they are earning a spread on customers money during the period in which they fake ship it. Not sure why Amazon allows this company to continue to do business on its platform, but this has happened way too many times in the same way (shows as shipped, has a FedEx tracking number, shows multiple stops in transit, shows up as delivered on tracking, is not physically delivered, and then is automatically refunded) for it not to be a systemic problem. Also, I have had former bad reviews kicked back to me because I didn’t include a comment on quality of the product, and Amazon has a policy to not post bad reviews that are based only on shipping issues. This is probably why you don’t see a ton of bad reviews, but I highly recommend you find a similar product by a different brand.

I got a set of 2 chairs in white. The chairs are fine for the price. They are exactly what they look like and nothing more. Don't expect a chair you can lounge in or sit in comfortably at a get-together. These chairs are stylish and a place to sit to put on your shoes or sit for a short chat. The seat is very firm but may loosen up over time. The back is low, so no back support to speak of. But for the price, these chairs are just what I was looking for. They are more or less a couple of accent pieces in my new office space, and they are perfect for that.Now, let me tell you about the shipping/customer service... I received these chairs separately on consecutive days. When I received the second one, there was a large hole in the box. Thankfully, the chair was not damaged, but 2 of the legs had fallen out of the box. I immediately contacted customer service, and they responded within 24 hours. They were quick to seem helpful and said "replacement legs are on the way". a few days later, the legs arrived, and they did not match. They were round instead of square. No big deal - customer service was so helpful before, we'll just reach out to them again. This time it was 8 days of going back and forth, providing photos of the different legs, photos of the box they came in, and asking for updates before they even said they would send new legs. And then it took another week to get them.So to recap, the chairs are what you expect for the price. The shipping is quite high due to their size, but you will get the chairs very quickly. The customer service is friendly but hit or miss on their speed to fix an issue. It was a month from the time I received my chairs until I had complete chairs. Not the sellers fault mind you, but I sure wish it wasn't such an ordeal to get it taken care of... especially considering the $89 shipping charge.

The Yaheetech Faux Leather Barrel Chair is a simple and attractive chair to fill in small spaces. I purchased this chair with the primary purpose of being a stage prop and was surprised to find that it's a great seat to curl up and read books in. The chair takes less than 5 minutes to assemble - simply screw in the chair legs and it's ready to place. The dove gray material is smooth and comfortable to sit on. Like most pleather items, it does tend to heat up if you sit on it for long periods of time, which is great for cool weather, but not so great when it's warm. The seatback is very low - if you're a tall person, you probably will find this chair no more comfortable than a drum throne when sitting on it for long periods of time. If you're petite like me however (I am 5'0"), this chair works great to curl up on and rest your elbows on when reading. Because it is small, it fits well in small spaces. This is a perfect chair to tuck into a corner for decorative purposes. Overall, it suits our needs very well as a stage prop, but was also an unexpectedly nice chair to sit and read in. At the current pricing, it's a cheap and attractive chair that will fit in most home decor.
