I have purchased 16 inches electric chain saw on 14/02/2022. Unfortunately you haven't delivered the all items seen in the catalog. So I have requested to return the material on 14/02/2022. One person came in my residence and he told me this item can't return due to not in all items. My complaint is genuine and not given handle in the box. I am a regular customer. My faith is lost. If you don't mind please give me the handle. Otherwise I will do needful for my payment. This is too much I can't using this chain saw. So may I request you to kindly take necessary cation for giving handle only. I am a central govt. employee.

The chainsaw does what it promises but the mounting is not rigid and sturdy as the bolts supplied do not have full threads and so only limited tightening .Also when chain tension is adjusted the saw tends to go at an angle instead of being perpendicular to the axis of the shaft.The chain plastic cover is not good as with one chain slip itself it broke and there is no safety for the user.Overall it will do the job but the chain cover should have been of metal and the mounting should be more rigid so that it can be fixed to the handle of the angle grinder.

Works good but grinder speed is very high for this product.Product quality is good , additional assembly instructions are needed.
