Helps me immensely in sleep onset and sleep quality. I usually take it 45-60 minutes before I want to be asleep, and it makes me fall asleep faster, stay asleep, and wake up less (tracked with Oura ring).I haven't personally tested or seen test results of advertised quantity vs reality, but it seems to work for me. Hope this is helpful.

These had no effect on my sleep. I even tried taking 3 at a time and did not help me get to sleep at all. Still up and down all night. I would not recommend.

Product seems to be helping.What isn't is the offer inside the cap to send a free bottle for scanning QR code under cap. Scanning that QR code brings up a site to install a app. Great way to install dangerous programs to a phone.

Watch the Andrew Huberman podcasts about sleep if you are interested to learn about the science behind these ingredients and how they work. If not, that’s fine. In my opinion, these are helpful and a much safer alternative to sleeping pills or even melatonin. If you are having issues falling asleep or staying asleep, I would give these a try before resorting to more extreme methods like prescription sleep aids. Very affordable, too. For me they take about 1 hour to 90 mins to kick in. Another thing that helps is to avoid lots of drinks or anything salty before bed.

As I’ve entered my 30s, sleep has been harder to come by. I’ve tried melatonin, cannabis, and working out before bed.
