charges even with pop socket and thick case on phone
I had purchased a couple of other similar phone cradles/chargers, and they worked just fine, however they would not charge my wifes phone because she has a heavy duty phone case with an attached pop socket on the back of the phone case. I bought this one thinking I would likely have the same issues with it, however i had read in some other reviews of it that people had similar phone types and this charger did actually charge there phones. You can see in my pics that i used its included suction cup arm mount and placed it on the dash, even though its not a smooth surface the mount grabbed on and has not come loose once. its very solid, even with the arm extended out and the phone in it, it doesnt vibrate or hit on the edge of the dash where all the weight is hanging just barely above the dash. the best part is that it does actually charge my wifes phone, and not at some reduced trickle amount. With the included 1 x QC3.0 car adapter, 1 x Type C Cable (length 1M/3.28FT), it provides the proper juice and gets the job done in no time. the auto clamping works great, we love this thing and my wife is thrilled to have a secure place to hold her phone and get it charged.

Works thru a hardcase AND a Popsocket!
My girlfriend's previous wireless charger was fine for working through the case, but once she added a Popsocket, it was no longer close enough to charge. Now, even though the phone is about 1/8" away from laying flat, it charges beautifully. Plus, the cradle part of the old charger kept coming off too easily. This cradle is one piece, attached only by the ball and socket. It will not come apart.

The suction doesn't work
I loved that it was dual mount. I love the functions of the arms closing and opening to the width of the cellular device, allowing all sizes for the most part. It seems to be a well functioning charger, however, the sticky on the "suction" cup is terrible. I cleaned and prepped the surface like I have done once before with another dashboard mounted holder. Cleaned, wiped dry with 90% alcohol to removed all containments and particulates. Waited for a decent temperature outside between 40 and 70 degrees, not too cold, not too hot. Attached the flimsy plastic to the dashboard and waited a good 24 hours prior to installing the assembly. In regards to the attached assembly driving around town for the first time, it seemed to hold the phone just fine and didn't have any issues. However, once I came back to the vehicle after an 8 hour stent, approximately, I promptly found the entire assembly including the sticky plastic in my front seat. I do not recommend this product as sold. I would recommend that you either super glue the sticky part or purchase an entire other brand. The entire concept of attaching this to my dashboard was the key selling point. Since this product refuses to stick, I will be forced to take more extreme options. I might just screw the whole assembly directly to the dashboard and call things done. ( the vehicle is an older model and will not be serving another owner.)

Adjustable and Holds well
I purchased this based on the versatility of it and hoped it would stick to my dash. Shortly after getting it, I had to leave my car in an outdoor parking lot for a week in the hottest part of the summer (sunny and 100 degree weather in July). This thing didn't slip at all.The configurations almost seem unlimited using the suction cup or vent clip in conjunction with the hinge points, rotation, and adjustable size.It charges fast and recognized the phone quickly to automatically close/ grip the phone. Bonus would be the extra charging port and that it doesn't release when power is cut to it but must have an internal battery to auto release still when tapping the back!

Works better with suction cup to attach.
The vent clamp to hold product is not as secure as I thought it should be. I felt like it would not securely hold phone and phone blocked display of car clock using it. The option of using the suction cup worked better for me.

Wireless Charger for Car
The media could not be loaded. This product is amazing. I have purchased a total of 4 of these for vehicles and tractors(I farm). It gets rough in the feild and the magnet styles just don't hold your phone in place, these clamp your phone on with a small motor, so it's automatic. Just place phone into the clamp and it starts to charge.I will be acquiring a couple more yet! Very nice product and I highly recommend. Also the suction cup for mounting it works great on the dash or a window.I give this product 10 of 10. Look no further!

The sliding arms broke
I really wanted to give this one four stars, but after a couple of uses the sliding arm on the right hand side broke and would no longer slide into place like it was just wobbly. I did love the fact that it does charge your battery while your phone is on the charger and it is hands-free. There was a plus to it and that was it.

Doesn't Charge Pixel 7 Pro
Sadly this does not charge a Google Pixel Pro 7. Really wanting a wireless charger for my car, being a delivery driver it would make things so much more convenient. But just not having luck finding one that actually charges the phone. I just watch the power go down and down. That said there are some nice features of this charger. It comes with multiple styles of holders. You can mount it with suction or clip onto the vent. It also comes with a charging port to hookup up in your car auxiliary power outlet with slots for 2 USB cables. Also what seemed to be a cool feature at first seems to be more of a fault. It electronically clamps in on your phone. However, I'm not sure what makes it loosen and tighten. There are times it's loosened and wasn't holding my phone while driving. It also clamps right on where the volume buttons are on my phone. So every time it clamps in it turns the volume all the way off. Again this is on Pixel 7 Pro.I'm sure it's a great charger for certain phones. Just not mine. Will be returning.

Very robust unit.
This charging phone mount is very easy to use and to install. It opens with a touch on the sensor at the rear of the cradle and closes automatically. It doesn't always pick up the charging sensor, but I have a thick case on my Galaxy S22. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Bought twice, both broke within a week
The media could not be loaded. Bought it twice, thinking the first one was a manufacturing issue.2nd time i bought it, this is what happens. Right side loosens up, it’s used properly, iphone 15 is used, no tinkering with the device nor and forced pressure. This would be the PERFECT car mount but 2 times in a row? Yeah i dont know. No way to open the charger too to see if it can be fixed/DIY’d

Worked great while it lasted - updated!
Purchased September 2023 and the original item broke, but the seller responded quickly and replaced it with no issues. Even if the replacement breaks in the same timeframe, I would consider myself to have gotten my money's worth. Excellent customer service, and hopefully the replacement isn't quite as fragile!

Stopped working 3 weeks after return window closed
Worked fine for 6 weeks. Return window closed May 31, at which point it was still working. June 17 motor started "clicking" when gripping the phone. By June 19, the grippers were flapping loosly, letting the phone fall out at the slightest bump or acceleration. Now my phone is back losing power in the cupholder instead of charging on the dash.Waste of money.
