I am a fan. I read the reviews where some say it leaks. So far, no leaks, and it works great.
I had purchased a hydration vest that didn't include a bladder....so I did some research and found this one.Easy to assemble/dis-assemble. Easy to clean.....the bladder inverts so you can dry of the inside.I have filled it to the brim, and still had plenty of liquid after a 15 1/2 mile run in the heat and humidity.I highly recommend this bladder.

Works as expected
Needed an internal bladder for my 8 year old's hiking pack. Was originally looking for 1 L but those are hard to find. I have this brand as my personal hiking bladder but a larger size and chamber divider. Mine has worked well over the years so I wanted to stick with the brand. We filled my son's with ~1.25 L (not the full 1.5 L) to make it lighter for him. He didn't go through the full amount on any of our weekend hikes and we could probable go to 1 L. It's so nice for him to carry his own water and to have quick access anytime he needs it without asking anyone else or stopping to get out a bottle. This brand is easy to fill and clean. There is no plastic taste from it. Will continue to buy this brand for our family and recommend it to others.

Great customer service
I use this with my Salomon Adv skin 12. Fits well. The product is great but spring a leak near the top of the pack. The side/seam started to separate. I contacted the company and it was easy to file a warranty claim. They shipped me out a new one the next day.4 star instead of 5 because of the leak. But great and easy service to get it replaced

Best Design
Bought it to replace my old 2-liter bladder that came with my Nathan running vest. The tab makes it easy to fill and the loop at the straw base makes it easy to hang dry. I prefer this one over my Camelbak bladder because it's easier to clean and dry.

Marathon approved
I have a running vest and a very small running backpack. Both are cheap but generally do the job with the exception of the standard water bladder. Enter the HydraPak. Tested it for a few weeks leading up to a marathon. No leakage, no damage to the bladder overall nor deterioration. Just as important to me was flow. When doing a very long distance run pacing your breathing is key; the last thing you want to do is be sucking way too hard on a cruddy valve and ruining your breathing. Definitely had very good flow using this valve. The true test was the Paris marathon. Knowing the support (food, liquids, etc) would be more sparse compared to other marathons I wisely took this bladder. It allowed me to skip most of the water stations without slowing down unlike the majority of runners. Most importantly of course it kept me hydrated and with my personal electrolyte mix kept my legs for seizing up.Care and maintenance: others claim to put it through the dishwasher. Putting something plastic or silicone through the dishwasher always sounds like a good way to destroy it in my opinion. I hand clean mine after each run, rinsing out the bladder and hose before hanging both to air dry.

Not for running
This might work for hiking, if you only intend on filling up 2/3, and never plan of filling it up prior to immediately putting it in your pack and staying your adventure. Maybe.I found the slide-to-seal a little suspicious from the start, but figured I'd give this one a try.Usually when I'm using a bladder, I'll fill it up the night before, and leave it in the refrigerator overnight, so it's ready to to in the morning. This one leaked. I figured it was because the seal wasn't designed to be on its side. But it continued to leak when I started running until I drank about 0.5 L.I'm not talking about a massive leak, but it's enough to be annoying and make me pack damp. And enough to make sure I don't put anything that can't get wet in a different section of the vest. This hard plastic on the slider also rubbed my back through my vest. If I wore a T shirt it was just annoying. But if I wore a tank top / singlet it wore my back raw.I typically only use hydration vests for ~10+ mile runs, road and trail. Before this I had a super cheap one that came with as cleaning kit and it worked way better. Very disappointing.

Great product, but it's a little too bouncy.
It's very high quality and doesn't leak, but the elastic nature of the material allows it to bounce when supported from the top. I might try just letting sit in the bottom of my pack.
