Cover is crystal clear and no more tugging on shower curtain. Glides smooth and quiet. Everybody should have one of these. Makes a BIG difference.

Works great
For the life of me, I have no idea why it's so hard to find something equivalent to this that is clear at a store. I'm sure they exist but I found this and ordered it. Ideally it will protect the rod from the rings and keep them from rusting out as the finish slowly erodes.

Shower curtain slides so nicely now
You know how your shower curtains hang up on the rod because of the rod connection? These are perfect for that. The shower curtain just slides now. Love it!

Shower Rod Cover by Jenacor
I thought I purchased one, but got two rolled in one. : ) I've been searching for shower rod covers for years and finally was able to find it at Amazon. In the eighties, these were easy to find at Second Ave. Bazaar in NYC (now defunct). I used these for the shower rods, it made it easy to slide shower curtain rings and worked the same in closets with hangers, they just made the rods look nicer and helped with sliding much more smoothly. There is no adhesion, just cut to the size you need, unroll one end and cover your rod. Quite simple.
