Zero compression. I don’t need blood cut off I needed padding under the plastic brace. This little sleeve is perfect it would generally fit a large or small hand as it’s a relaxed like a tshirt. Easily wash n dried so I won’t need a zillion of ‘em. I REALLY appreciate this product! 10/10 diggity’s.

I got this to make my CMC thumb brace more comfortable. The relief was instantaneous! I have a Push brand CMC brace that does what it is supposed to do to keep my thumbing in abduction (away from my hand). The brace is small and I have been able to adjust it, but the rubbing of plastic edges in several areas made it irritating and uncomfortable. I decided to try this protective liner and I am so glad I did! The cushioning and protection from sharp edges was immediate. Also absorbs perspiration so there is no sensation of sweating under the brace. Since it is so economical, I will be ordering another so I have one to wear and one to wash. Thank you!!

Good item. Unravels a wee bit but not enough to return. Snip it off and it's good for a little while. I would purchase again. Could be a little thicker for padding purposes but that might be too much for it to fit. I like it.

Complete trash. It's crappy stretchable, frayable material that doesn't last a day before it sags on your hand and frays at the edges. It won't survive a wash and does little to nothing to pad against the edges of a splint. Cut a couple of holes in an old sock and save yourself the money.

I need to wear a plastic brace for my arthritic thumb. The brace works great but because it was hard plastic and irritated my skin a bit. I bought this sleeve and it works perfectly! My skin is not irritated, the brace is working, I am virtually pain-free!

I have two issues with this. First, the sleeve that is supposed to cover the thumb is too short. It should go beyond the length of the brace and it does not, So, the brace's edge rubs directly on the thumb. The other problem in the material. Most all braces use velcro to hold it on. If that 'hook' part touched the fabric of the glove, it pulls strands of the fibers out of the glove and it is soon frayed & worthless. So, why the three stars still. It is half the cost of the original ones and they have the same problem of short wear life. But their thumb length is longer but quickly splits where it rubs on the edge of the thumb exit..
