Stopped working (product is less than 3 months old)
The iron worked well until it didn't... Less than 3 months old-it now no longer works. Tried switching the fuse-no use.Thankfully Amazon came through and helped me out-so 5 stars to them.

Steam is weak
Despite the positive reviews and advertisements, the steam performance is far weaker than expected or possibly not functioning properly. I have an older Kenwood model that releases steam with intense pressure, almost like a jet. In comparison, this model’s steam output is disappointingly low.
