Received the first one in a destroyed box with parts missing. Received the second one in another destroyed box but all the parts were there.

Works great. Use it all the time. Had some questionable lifts and the handle stayed strong.

Works well for 16 to 20" diameter logs. The teeth don't grab smaller or larger logs. I really expected a larger range of log sizes. It is heavy due to the steel core, but I expected that.

Product was just what I had ordered and expected.

Very strong, great paint, up to the job. Wish the prop was a little easier to install/remove.

A "heavy" duty logging tool that will take years of punishment. Only complaint is that it is not made for small logs 10-12 inches in diameter.

Didn't come with the required bolts, and they essentially told me to go buy them myself.
