I am a senior citizen and have been having problems with knee pain. My daughter let me try her Protalus H-75 inserts and the difference was immediate, so I ordered my own pair. Even though I purchase shoes made for flat feet, I find I need the added support of the insert, especially in sandals. While they are not a cure all, they certainly have improved my walking ability and allow me to stay on my feet longer. Also, am having less knee pain. However, as with any thing that changes one's stance, my back ached for a couple days when I started wearing them, but it went away as I adjusted. The inserts also stay in the sandals well without slipping out at the end, and I like the fact that I didn't have to trim them for a perfect fit. As for price, they are more expensive than several similar products, but since they work so well for me, I will purchase them again.

These inserts are amazing. I've been using for a few months now when I need to wear heels at work. I have plantar fasciitis and other trouble with my ankles/feet, and these make wearing heels all day bearable. I don't think they'd work in all styles of shoe, but I have used them in pointed toe stiletto pumps, ankle boots, and block heel pumps with great success. They have little plastic spikes that sort of stick into the shoes to prevent them from sliding around, which works way better than the adhesive backing on other inserts I've tried.

Sadly, I’ve been unable to use these insoles. They seem like they MAY be good, however, mine came with an AWFUL CHEMICAL smell. I’ve tried getting them smell out with air, baking soda and Odoban… NOTHING HAS WORKED.

I ordered these based on reviews but they did not work for me. Very uncomfortable. One of the insoles cut into my arch even with socks on.

I couldn’t wear high heels longer than a few minutes without experiencing extreme pain. I just spent 2 hrs standing up with these insets inside my 2.5 inch heels and I feel no pain. I already ordered more.

Too bulky so the fit doesn’t feel right.
