Not electric
The only thing is I thought it was electric. It would of been brilliant if it was electric. So I had to send it back .very sad. It would of gone lovely with my new kitchen appliances. But it was beautiful looking

Proper kettle
Electric kettles. Very useful obviously. I love them but a gas stove top kettle takes me back to my grandparents and when I stopped with them. They only had a gas top kettle and I was allowed to make cups of tea. There was a certain smell that was homely and one which is fondly remembered. I love this kettle. It's pretty and very functional. The handle does get hot so a tea towel is good to use.

not practical.
it looks nice as a piece of ornament but surely no no for boiling water in it it sounds too dangerous when start to boil not recommended at all.
