Fantastic for zesting citrus fruits
The best microplane I have used. I recommend this product to everybody. This is the second one I have bought now, in a different colour, as I wanted a separate one for grating things like garlic and ginger. Easy to use and easy to clean. I use a small silicone spatula to scoop out everything from the back of the microplane. Love it.
