HandmadePersonalized Cuff Bracelet 5"-8" long in Sterling Silver, Aluminum, Bronze, Nickel, Gold, or Copper, 5-8" Long

I wanted to love this; really, I did but I just can't. First, it came cover in scratches (see photos). I was willing to over look them, as I would probably scratch it over time anyway. Secondly, the stamped message was "blackened" and really stood out nicely but after wearing the bracelet just one time, in the shower, all the paint in the stamped lettering has come off and is now barely legible. It's still a nice bracelet but not worth the price.1/20/2018 UPDATE: I had to come back and post an update to my review... IF ONLY has sent me a new bracelet, without me asking, so imagine my surprise! That's how you do customer support and build a quality business reputation! Thank you!

This review is only to share information that can help others. It is not to discredit the Seller. The only reason I did not give the Seller 5 stars is due to the bracelet not suitable to wear straight from the package.First the workmanship: the bracelet arrive quickly in a lovely gift box. I was very impressed with the packaging. When I opened it, the bracelet was in a resealable plastic bag and came with a polishing cloth. The metal stamped message is exactly as I wanted and I am very happy with how looked and fit my wrist.What I immediately noticed was there was a fine oily film all over the bracelet especially on the inside surface. It left a dirty residue on my skin. I used the polishing cloth on the bracelet and it quickly become soiled. I immediately contacted the seller about this issue. She quickly got back to me and apologized with an explanation that my bracelet most likely missed the final cleaning. They have a new employee in training who accidentally missed this final process before it was bagged to ship. She suggested dish liquid would remove the oily film.The dish liquid did not remove the oily film however, toothpaste on a damp cloth completely cleaned the bracelet. The dark lettering is intact and the bracelet is in perfect condition. I feel certain had it not missed the cleaning process, this is exactly how it would have looked when I first opened the package.I offer this information only to enable anyone else (who's bracelet missed the final cleaning), to use toothpaste to remove the oily film. Your bracelet will be clean and ready to wear.

The picture doesn't do it justice!! This bracelet is beautiful, the engraving is classy and the quality is top notch. Add awesome customer service, and you just can't go wrong. I am ordering another one today!!!

I do like my bracelet. The three stars I gave it were not for the quality of it at all. I love handmade items and appreciate what goes into them. The three stars were for communication. I wanted what I had printed on the bracelet to "pop" so people would ask me to read it so I ordered it with black letters. I chose a font that I liked, Celtic. When I got the bracelet the letters were not in black. You have to hold it just so in the light to read it. I emailed them to see if maybe I made a mistake when I ordered it and to let them know how much I loved everything else about it. I just wanted to be able to see the letters. They did answer me right away but I was told that the black runs out of the font style I had chosen so they didn't do my letters in black. They had tried to post it on the sight in the past but it didn't work. That was it. I wish they would have emailed me before they made the bracelet and asked if I wanted a different font style that could be black or keep the Celtic font and not have black letters. You guessed it, I would have asked for a different font style so I could have black letters. So if you like these bracelets you should get one. Just make sure your getting what you want. They are beautiful.

I have to tell you that the couple that owns this company really understand what customer service is all about. My bracelet is amazing. The fit is perfect, the coordinates are spot on and the message on the inside is beautiful as well. The material is thick enough that you can't tell there is stamping on both sides. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Working with Ina and her husband was so easy. I will definitely order more for gifts. Such a special way to send a message to a best friend or a loved one.

I love this bracelet! My husband purchased the copper one for me for our anniversary and it's beautiful! The letters are perfectly aligned (which is usually difficult to find on stamped jewelry) and there is an inscription on the inside (which is also rare for stamped jewelry). It is a nice size and weight. Fits well. I have a smaller wrist but had no trouble bending it to stay on. Definitely made to last. I will be happy to share this beautiful bracelet with my grandchildren decades down the road.

I absolutely love it except...it is waaaaay too big. I have teeny wrists so made sure to measure before ordering. It's at least 1 if not 2 full sizes too big. I have to really squash the ends of the cuff together to make it small enough to not fall off. Best advice is be very careful and measure your wrists, then subtract a size. I'd love to order another but am too iffy on the sizing. The company itself is wonderful. Really good people that helped when I needed it!

Arrived on time and was EXACTLY what I expected. Both my 12 year old Granddaughters were absolutely delighted by these bracelets! One girl is very large for her age and the other is tiny. I asked the owner if she could size them accordingly, and she did exactly that! Wonderful customer service. Nice quality and a perfect gift for a young girl. Highly recommended!
