Best value I could find for undercabinet lights
Great value! I have 4 separate sections of upper cabinet, each only 2 to 4 feet in width. All other LED strip lights I found come in long rolls that are fairly priced, but the transformers, plugs and connectors are exorbitantly high in price, especially when you multiply by 4. For $19.99 each, I paid $80 for all for sets of cabinets to have their own undercabinet light. This is an entire kit - no soldering or wire nuts needed - just cut the tape to length (on the orange markings - occurs every 3 lights, or about every 1.5 inch), stick it up where you want the light, and plug it in. It also comes with a dimmer switch that I put on my electrical scrap pile, along with the excess 14 feet of tape. Even with all this waste, this was way cheaper than buying 4 separate adaptors and plug sets. Also, because I planned ahead, I had already installed a light switch and individual plugs in each upper cabinet during the remodel, so that made install a lot easier. They stick quite well. Makes a nice warm, soft white glow, not too cool or bright. The strip is very thin, probably 1/4 inch which makes it easier to conceal and less conspicuous. The leftover tape has soldering nodes every 10 lights or so, which means you could in theory use it for later projects, but once again, you'd have to buy those expensive transformers and plug assemblies.A couple considerations that don't bother me, but might bother you:1. Every so often (approx. every 10 lights or so on the strip), you get a yellowish tint to a few of the LED nodes. Each of my under cabinets has at least 20 nodes shining down, and the strip itself is concealed by the cabinet carcass, so I don't mind - the yellow light just washes in with the other 19 lights and it makes a soft white light overall. But if you use this in an application where the strip will be visible, the occasional yellow tinted light might bother you.2. The overall light output is not as high as more expensive strips I have used in the past. To make a strong light, you will have to double back with the strip to adhere 2 strips side by side, doubling the output. I only put one strip under each cabinet. At night, with all other lights off, it makes a soft back glow on the backsplash, lighting up the kitchen enough that you can see everything and walk around safely, but not enough that you could do actual work on the countertops.

Elegant touch to kitchen cabinets!
I had to return the first kit since it was missing the dimmer, plus the power supply was loosely wrapped around itself all in a large ziplock bag... but with proper stickers (it just seemed strange like it was just "thrown together" rather than a kit). Exchange was easy and fast, and the second kit came nicely packed in a form-fitted perfectly sized heavy plastic ziplock bag. Power supply was twist tied properly etc, so not sure what the first kit's history was. Lights went up easily under my kitchen cabinets and seems like it should stay just fine with the very sticky 3M adhesive backing. Bought one of the wire extensions with end clips when I bought the kit to make it easy to go around the microwave without having to solder wires to the strips (drilled small holes and ran the wire up the inside of the cabinets, cutting the cable and soldering the cut pieces together at the top of the counters... could have just twisted the wires together and taped it, but that's just not me, lol). I feel the color is perfect, not too yellow which I think would make things dingy looking, and not too white, which to me is too harsh. Mounted the lights along the inside front edge vs the front bottom such that the lights reflect towards the back wall instead of directly down on the counter. This hides the refection of the LEDs so you don't see them mirrored off of the shiny surface of the counter top, which all you then see is a nice glow. Dimmer works really nice too and has a double-sided sticky tape to make mounting easy as well. All LEDs appeared to be the same color. Great deal and highly recommend.

Great product, takes a little effort to figure out
I got this package to do a cabinet lighting project after being totally appalled by the cost of standard LED fixtures. I was a little skeptical since it seems like most of the HitLight reviews here on Amazon were posted by employees of the company... Turns out these really are a GREAT product, and pretty easy to use if you're willing to put a little work into it. A few helpful things to note:* Unless you plan to use a solid 16' strip, you'll need to cut it down and use these PCB Strip Connectors to daisy-chain separate strips ([...] I also used these to splice in extension wires to route around appliances and other cabinet pieces that didn't need to be lighted.* The LEDs are warm white as promised, but the light has a slightly acidic yellow quality compared to standard incandescent or halogen light. I think they look great, but might be helpful to know going in.Overall these are a fantastic, cost-effective lighting option. They're pretty easy to figure out, but it's not a total breeze as some reviews indicate. Make sure you're comfortable doing some minor low-voltage electrical work, have electrical tape and wire strippers handy, and plan some extra time to play with the parts and figure everything out before installing (my cabinet job took about 3 hours all in).4 stars just for the lack of instructions and the extra effort needed to figure this whole system out. Good luck!
