Good, consistent value and alternative to fishy pills.
The eye doctor recommended these for dry eye. Apparently the omega oils will help lubricate the eye and prevent the painful dryness that my husband had been experiencing. He has used it for five years and it has reduced the amount of lubricating drops he needs to use during the day and eliminated the gel at night. It has no odor, he reports no after taste. They are in glycerin pills and easy to take and the quality seems consistent over the time he has been taking them. They work as advertised. Recommend.

Formulation-wise, this is an elite vegan product ensuring great heart health and minimized inflammation. For comparison shopping, the only other one-per-day algae oil supplement -- "Freshfield's Vegan Omega 3 DHA Supplement" -- offers identical sourcing at a per-softgel price of $.40. Nature's Way comes in at $.56 per dose, but does delivery slight more Omega 3 content. Freshfield's product arrives in a quantity of 60 softgels, whereas Nature's Way provides 30 softgels. Safe in pregnancy
I contacted the company regarding th green tea extract due to caffeine restrictions in pregnancy and am happy to share there is negligible caffeine in these- the green tea is used as a stabilizer and antioxidant. No weird after tastes, a rather pleasant scent which is nice when you’re nauseous.

Finally an Omega-3 I can tolerate
Where has this been all my life? I have the hardest time with fish oil Omega-3 and my psychiatrist recommends it religiously. I wound up burping fish all day, despite all the different methods we tried - including storing them in the fridge. This Omega 3 is plant-based, and does not make me burp. The only downside is the size. A little bit too big to swallow with ease. At least it is a gel capsule. I’m so glad I found this product!

It has more Omega 3 oil than fish oil and no reflux. Tastes cleaner.

Expensive vegan option but I believe it works. Still gave me burps but it has a pleasant peppermint smell. The carageenan may irritate some, start slow.
