Can't get anything out
Excluding any claims that the eye roller helps with shadows, puffy eyes, etc. I can't get anything out of the roller. The ball is quite stiff and ends up just pulling at my skin. If anything is actually coming out of the bottle I can't feel it at all.I did contact the seller and they said to turn or tighten the roller ball holding section. I tried this and I think it may have loosened up the ball, but I still don't seem to be getting much out of the bottle.
