Mediocre, but best that I can find out there
This device has definite pros and cons. I purchased the 10x more expensive Acoustic Sheep wireless sleep headbands, and was super disappointed by how hard they were to use. One of the speakers stopped working within a month or two, and I could never find the speakers to make sure they were positioned over my ears. After that, I said, let's try something cheaper.Pro:It's super cheap. It's fairly quick and easy to turn on.Audio quality is good (for the price). You're definitely not getting grade A (or even B) audio quality, but it's solid. I like to fall asleep to audiobooks, while my partner wants silence. The volume is right that this doesn't bother him, but I can hear the narrator perfectly.Cons:It's cheap build quality. Consider these disposable. They'll last a few months, but these are NOT going to last you years. The plug connector is a bit soft, too, so sometimes it bends. It's also not very comfortable. They're boxy and the plastic is hard. It doesn't bother me for the first hour or two, but at some point in the night, these always come off - I never wake up with them on. Extended listening tends to hurt my ears.I always have two of them, because the battery is weak, and I sometimes forget to recharge it in the morning when I wake up, so having two gives me leeway to make sure I always have one charged.Overall, this market segment is looking for a much better product, at a higher price point. The Accoustic Sheep ones are not there, and these are *better* but they aren't perfect. But, for the $10ish price point, it's fine. It works. I can listen to my books at night while I'm falling asleep. That's all I really need.

decent for the price
I don't know that I have a huge head, but this fits quite tightly, a little uncomfortable when you consider the itchy knit fabric, there's a hole in the fabric at the seam that appeared after the first time I wore them. I'd never wear them in public. The speakers also don't fall over my ears, and the person next to me can hear what I'm listening to, but I do like that they aren't noise blocking so I can listen to my books while still being able to hear my kids. The battery life was really short, I get less than four hours, but there is an indicator so you know when it's charged which I didn't expect considering the price. It's a good part time head phone for the price, just don't expect amazingness, it functions and that's all I needed.

Good concept painful to wear after a while, weird fit
Bought this to sleep in. I wake up mid night because speakers hurt ears. So I started using it when I worked w my horses in the winter. Does not stay in place (fit is strange) again speakers either didn’t reach ears or when one would it would start to hurt after a while. Cool idea not worth the money. And it’s like a wool material so way to hot to use now that it’s warm out. Again a waste of money on my part but u live and learn.

Good item from price
Good headband, you need to move the sound pieces around to fit your ear/head width but it's not a bad item, connects easily to phone, doesnt last too long, about 2hrs tops but good for a walk or quick jog

Find another solution.
Great idea! Not such a good implementation. The controls were flaky at best. Wasn't worth the little bit of money I spent.
