My gut doesn't play nice with coffee. One no-doz a day is a great and easy substitute to provide desired caffeine. If I Had to buy all the coffee's one bottle of this amount of caffeine covers, I'd be broke. On a practical note, I like how easy it is to break No Doz in half for when I don't want the full dosage of caffeine. For me, one pill does not cause any jittery side effects and I know enough not to take more.

I’ve been taking caffeine pills as needed since I was in my 20’s, because some days my chronic fatigue doesn’t let me function. I have tried so many brands, and NoDoz is my go to!
