High-Quality Sturdy Headset with Mic, Great Sound
This headset is a tremendous all-around asset to my everyday routine for working remotely, workouts, errands, and etc. I keep it around my neck so it is always handy (a bonus of this style) and use it frequently throughout the day. I have struggled to find a headset that works just as well for listening to music and audiobooks and making hands-free calls, and this one is perfect for both. After trying the G9, which is also a great headset, the seller offered the G3 to test. The headset arrived well-packaged with a thorough instructional booklet. I am equally as happy with this G3, which does have a couple of distinctions, depending on one's preferences. The G9 has a detachable mic and is a bit more flexible to easily stuff into a pocket or small phone purse, if those are your needs. The G3 is also light though a bit more substantial, feels very solid with an attached, rubberized mic. This headset has a very nice fit around the ears and a roomy wire band, with sizeable power, volume, and mic on/off buttons. I really appreciate the button and control features being on the larger side, as I can easily feel what I am pressing and push the right ones. No more accidentally hanging up on callers or trying to figure out how to pause audio or increase/decrease volume as I usually experience with ear pods, as the layout of these features is also quite logical and spaced well around the headset. Sound is great and the speakers sit comfortably on my ears, with the rubberized finish providing a nice, soft feel. Love this headset - highly recommend!

Worth the money
I originally bought these for my jobs, both of which are primarily phone or telehealth-focused. I got the G3 it was very good: people told me they could hear me clearly with the microphone and it was a discreet enough model that it wasn't a big concern. It's comfortable, easy to use. I'd say it's a little bulky behind the ears (some people have compared it to Shokz in that way) but not uncomfortable, at least for me.My two biggest cons are the fit (which I'm finding has much more to do with ME than the model; I've gone through a couple of headphones lately so it's a me problem) and the sound. While the sound is clear, the volume needs to be higher than I would like. I have a hearing problem in one of my ears and so I am trying to use headphones that will ensure I am not blasting sound into my ears constantly. So to have this require 30-60 on the volume meter on my computer isn't great...BUT because of the way the model is, it's sturdy enough for me to take off my bad ear to protect it, and that's very helpful. It was definitely worth the purchase and so I use it primarily for quieter environments (like home) when the volume doesn't need to be so high. It's a great model, does the job well, and is inexpensive.

The G3 is very good for voice
The G3 is a good headset for phone calls, virtual meetings, and other voice applications. I bought it along with the G2 model when they were being sold together at a discount. Again I am happy with both. The incoming and outgoing voice quality of the G3 is good and clear and even louder than the G2. Unlike earbuds which are unreliable and will randomly fall out of the ear, these style headsets have a band that fits behind the neck area and hooks over both ear lobes making them stay in place reliably and comfortably. The speakers and mic rest right below the wearers temples, allowing them to hear both the headset audio and while still being able to hear sound clearly from outside surroundings. Someone in person nearby will still be able to get your attention without tapping on your shoulder or having to excessively raise their voice. And with the G3 you will get even more talk time between charges due to it having a larger battery capacity. Again a good product for voice applications. I would also like to add that both devices both come well packaged and have very good full color manuals included.Edit Update 8-1-24. I did not notice until today that the G3 model also has a tiny slider switch on the end of the mic boom. This switch allows the user to turn the mic off completely which is a bonus for the privacy minded user. The ability to physically turn the mic off with the slide switch is great when dealing with questionable apps such as Microsoft Teams which is notoriously known to un-mute Bluetooth mics at random during teams meetings despite not being granted permission. Great product.

Worst microphone noise canceling headset
This is the worst headset I’ve ever bought. I purchased it specifically for its microphone noise-canceling feature, but every time I joined a meeting, I ended up using my laptop’s default microphone because people kept complaining about my background noise.

great headset amazing customer service
I absolutely love these headsets and this company as a whole. I have tried out about 7 of their different headsets so far. Each one are really good. This one I use for work. It connects just fine to my work laptop and the mic works great. I love having the mute function for those times when I want to talk without anyone hearing what I have to say. It has a nice range so I can still do things around the house while staying connected. The battery on it lasts all day.A nod to the customer service I think they are great they listen to my feedback well and when I suggested some improvements on one of their models the next version that came out looked like they actually took my suggestion to heart, because it fixed my compliant about the previous version. Look forward to seeing what else they come out with next.

Good headset, but I would NEVER buy again.
Bass is good and sound quality is a 7/10. It's sturdy, flexible, and stores well. It doesn't fall off the back of my head like most of these headsets do, and I have a huge viking head, so that's saying something. HOWEVER, it has a proprietary magnetic charging clip and no capability to charge via USB. So, if you lose or forget your charger, you're screwed. Also, the buttons are very small, not easily discernable when touching, and difficult to press. Again, I like this headset, and it serves me well, but I wouldn't buy another one unless I can charge it via USB and there was some improvement in button size/placement.
