Baby Hip Carrier
I’m so glad I bought this baby hip carrier—it has made carrying my toddler so much easier! The seat is sturdy and well-padded, so my little one sits comfortably while I get great back and hip support. It takes so much strain off my arms and shoulders compared to holding my baby on my own.I also love the thoughtful design details. The wide waistband feels secure, the adjustable straps make it easy to fit both me and my partner, and the pockets are super handy for holding my phone, keys, or a pacifier. It’s lightweight, easy to put on, and perfect for quick errands, walks, or even around the house.Overall, this carrier is a lifesaver for parents—it’s comfortable, practical, and my baby loves it too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable hip carrier!

SAVES your back!!!
This thing is amazing! I have a bad back (sciatica) and it was making holding my baby torture. I bought this out of desperation and oh my goodness, it was an absolutely great purchase. It’s easy to put on and adjust/fit to you. I get it fairly tight and it feels secure while holding baby. And the best part, it offers my back support by redistributing the weight of my kiddo and makes it where I can carry her with ease.Haven’t tried to wash it yet, but it looks like it’ll hold up well.

Great invention - takes a little adjustment
This is a wonderful invention. I frees up the hands a little as they can wrap around the baby and don't have to be supporting him/her. I have a lot of back pain, so my granddaughter gets harder to hold as she gets bigger. This seems to be a help, although not a total solution. I have a little trouble getting it tight enough (or something) to get it to stay in what feels like the perfect position. For me, placing it higher seems to work the best. I am keeping it and using it to try to get used to it.

Surprisingly the best!
I ended up trying three brands (pictured from top to bottom: Momcozy, Tushbaby, and Hkai) and surprisingly this was the best (and a fraction of the price)!! Momcozy was bulky, and the waistband was thick and stiff so no matter how high/low I wore it, it dug in somewhere (either into my ribs or my hip--I'm also 5'1 so someone with a longer torso may not have this issue). After wearing this around the house and carrying around my 20lb kiddo for not even 10 minutes I already felt sore after taking it off. Out of the three brands, Momcozy had the biggest main pocket, but its bottle pocket was absolutely useless and any bottle you put in there would probably slip out.Tushbaby was the most expensive brand and a little more comfortable than Momcozy. Wearing the waistband above the hips as recommended caused the seat to dig into my hip, but I did find that wearing the waistband slightly lower was more comfortable because the seat dug into the fleshy part of my hip instead. The main pocket was a little smaller than Momcozy but still roomy, and the bottle pocket was functional.Hkai is hands-down the best out of all three, which was shocking to me considering I paid a quarter of the price compared to the others. The waistband is soft and flexible (we'll see if the quality holds up), and the seat does not dig into my hip (the way the hard base of the seat is shaped leaves a bit of a gap between the seat and my hip that the other brands didn't have). After trying this on around the house with my kiddo, I didn't have any significant soreness afterwards (besides what I expected, because carrying around chunky babies tends to cause some back pain regardless). The main pocket is definitely the smallest of the three, but storage capacity was the least of my concerns when I was looking for a hip carrier. The bottle pocket on this one is also the best; it's the perfect size and doesn't feel like a bottle would slip out.

Pretty functional
This is the first waste carrier of this type that I’ve used so I don’t have a lot to compare it to. I do find it very useful. My grandson is 25 pounds at nine months old he likes to be carried around and he gets heavy! This works great for at the park or short walks. It does have a great bottle carrier and some very handy pockets. There’s a larger pocket under the seat and I find that one a little awkward. Also, my own preference would be to have the seat not at such an angle, but with a little butt/back support ledge. The only real negative I think other people might have is I have the belt at the smallest area it can go and I’m an average weight person. I do like the extra Velcro support on the belt. I would put this as a four star item, but I’m pretty certain the item I received was a returned product as the outside delivery box was not damaged but the product the box had a handle, pulled out a rip in the packaging. The instructions and product tag were laying at the bottom of the box while the carrier was inside plastic. So basically it looked like somebody had returned it and it just got shipped on to me, which is OK but I think the seller should state that it’s a returned item.

More comfortable than others!
I’ve never tried tushbaby brand, but I have tried others and they are hard and dig in to your hips or belly, this one does not! It does droop a little with baby sitting but it’s still better than others I’ve tried. Helpful with a big 9 month old who always wants to be held!
