Bathroom Automatic Trash Can 4.2 Gallon Touchless Motion Sensor Small Garbage Can with Lid Smart Electric Plastic Narrow Garbage Bin for Living Room Bedroom Office Kitchen

We have limited space under the kitchen sink to put our garbage can. We used to have a foot pedal bin, but it was a pain to have to first open the cupboard door, and then step on the pedal. I tried a different motion sensor garbage bins but it was too sensitive. It would open and stay open every time I opened the cupboard door and closed it. This one stays shut until I open the cupboard door and wave my hand over it. Came with tons of close tie garbage bag rolls too. The quality of the bags are thin and not great but, I’m not complaining since they came for free! The tip is to use rechargeable AAA batteries so you don’t have to have so many spares. That being said, I don’t need to change out the batteries that often.

I am so pleased with this automatic closing bathroom trash can. Before getting this it is very difficult to keep our two puppies from getting into our old can. This solved the problem. I would recommend this can because it functions great, just the right size, and it came really to work. It is marvelous.

I hate this trash can! Once I throw something away it just keeps opening and closing 10 or more times. The "On" button will temporarily turn it off but after a few minutes it resets itself and begins the open/close cycle again. And it is loud enough to be quite annoying. The only time I can stand it is when the battery is almost dead and the lid can only lift itself part way. Then it only opens one time instead of many times. And yes, it goes through batteries really fast. Go figure. Buy at your own risk.

Works perfect

Firstly, it fits perfectly, looks nice and came with loads of bin bags AND batteries! However, it is possessed. Off means on, on means off and sometimes neither means nothing or both. Suffice to say, the on/off buttons are just for show because they don’t actually function. It opens if you LOOK at it. Ultimately, i position it with the sensor under my toilet so it doesn’t open unless I move it for when I’m ready for it to open. Worth mentioning the aforementioned batteries are on their way out after about a week. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for.

bought this one as a used item. works fine but didn't come with any replacement bags as did the new one I ordered! But, still works fine. Great item for our bathrooms,

It is very sensitive but I like that! No need to be aggressive to have the sensor pick up motion. It holds quit a bit of trash and it is easy to change the trash bag and put in a new one!
