Had better but OK for the price
There is no short cut with cartridges - these are OK but slightly duller and my HP printer knows they are not right with a red error light constantly on but it still works. Quality is not good enough for presentations but good enough for general printing. Good customer contact though and a nice tone. Just wish I could say that equated to the same sharpness of the ink,
