Office Hippo Executive Leather Faced Chair, Black

Bought this chair for my Home Office, once we had assembled it realised there was a cut in the faux leather of the seat.Trying to return seat for exchange however unable to do so as once the seat has been built you cannot take it apart to get it back in the box.Have had numerous calls with support, worse than useless so now stuck with it until we can find someway to get it backLatest update, have now been given contact details for Office Hippo in the UK and looks like we may be able to find a resolution.29th March,Nearly a month now and Amazon have still not collected the faulty chair.

Arms not so easy to assemble and had to loosen screws on rest of chair to get them to fit … nice comfy chair for a full days work at home. Please note as described this is leather faced so the parts that touch when seated are real leather not the rest. Started to squeak however a little WD40 and no issues
