What an incredible product. I was a bit skeptical in ordering a custom product with measurements and how it would work. Overthinking on potential install or possibly wiring it how it worked, and I ordered a rechargeable battery operated unit with remote and Alexa capability, and let me tell you I installed this in less than 5 minutes. Got Alexa set up to it in about 1-2 minutes and in no time it was operated very quietly and exactly as described. I am sincerely very impressed with how it works and how simple it was to set up. My measurements were very tight and exact and it matched the framing perfectly. It also provides perfect privacy as it blacks out light entirely if out all the way down.

I have wanted automatic shades for many years. I finally had the opportunity to make it happen. I picked these Smartwing shades it’s the Essential Gray. They are absolutely beautiful. They install super easily and quickly. The remote and Alexa connected quickly and they have been a true dream come true. The customer service has reached out with every order, to ensure proper understanding of the measurements I took. The shipping time is incredibly quick and I couldn’t be happier. These are so beautiful for how inexpensive they are. I was only planning to buy them for a few windows but they were so wonderful that I made a second order for the rest of our windows.

Shade fit perfectly! Easy to install and motor works great. Still need to adjust the length a bit but should be quick given the clear instructions. Recommend!

My husband has been hounding me for years to get new shades. I just couldn't find anything different that I thought would be worth the money or time to install. Then I found SmartWings. These shades are excellent. They are easy to clean, as opposed to material shades that can't be washed. They have a smart, clean appearance. The motorization is not only convenient, but near effortless. No more heavy corded shades for me. i was really pleased with these blinds. i had looked for similar features in store brand blinds and they were roughly double the price. despite that, they look great, run smooth and quietly, pair very easily. i have zero complaints and i'm a pretty picky customer

Great product. It has been up in the window for a few days. After I put in the measurements within a few days they emailed to make sure the measurement were correct. A few days later it was shipped. Shipping was fast. Product was easy to install and remote was easy to set up. I will be ordering more in the future.

This window is so far above my door making it impossible to put any obstruction over it without having to leave it permanently once covered. If I had chosen a manual window shade, I would’ve also have needed a 20 ft. ladder anytime adjustments were needed.I would have needed to use it twice a day everyday during the summer due to my thermostat being in a spot that the sun directly shines down on my n the summer months.Great material, great price, and great customer service when needed. I can use it with any smart devise in any manner. Running superb now for over 7 months.Happy I got it right the first time.
