The instructions were in Russian! I think so I was reluctant to take them as I didn’t understand how many or how often I could take them, that was my reason for return. Mr John Docherty

I have tried so many sleep aid tablets, but these are by far the only ones to work for me. There wasn't much details written in English, but I took a chance and very happy that I did. Excellent product, which I will always purchase from now on. No groggy feeling and not over powerful. Thank you so much. Very, very happy 😊

They started off brilliantly but quickly stopped working so I had to choose an alternative.

Gave my 93 year old mum one of these the last 2 nights, along with a Melatonin.Dad and I got solid 6 hours sleep for the first (and second) time in 6 months.They work for us, and no nasty side effects like the confusion and fear that we got with prescription meds.

No Instructions. This product only has instructions in Russian so you have no idea how many to take. I am surprised Amazon has products available without English instructions
