Q: Will you see a big difference in flow on the variable vs the fast? Already have the fast flow and my 10 month old is collapsing them.

Meant to report back earlier about the variable flow vs the 3 hole, but... Either way, unless you're actually using the variable flow for thicker fluids, I'd recommend using the 3-hole instead as it's more consistent. The speeds are fairly similar otherwise. this answer is from amazon customer

Q: Do these work with cereal?

For an 8oz bottle, I add 2 1/2 scoops of baby rice cereal to thicken for reflux/ gerd. I’ve also thickened the milk with yogurt or squeezable baby food (plums, bananas, etc). The nipple does plug up once in awhile (squeeze the nipple to unplug the clog).

READ CAREFULLY

Variable flow does not mean different flow types of nipples in one package. It means that there is a Y shaped cut in the nipple.

Leaky Vents

Love the nipples. I clean them well and steam them however the vents tend to leak. It's not immediate. After some time it leaks and is really annoying. Luckily I got 6 nipples. Even though I followed all the online suggestions for cleaning the vents, they still end up leaking
